These Terms of Use apply to your use of ftrst8.com, the website of FTR ST8 B.V. (KvK 98243128), a venture studio based in the Netherlands — referred to in these terms as FTR ST8. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. What we do

FTR ST8 is a venture studio. We co-found and build ventures with founders and partner with enterprises on innovation. This website exists to explain what we do, showcase the ventures we build, and give you a way to get in touch — whether to pitch an idea, explore an enterprise collaboration, or simply start a conversation. The website itself is informational: nothing on it constitutes an offer, investment advice, or a commitment to enter into any engagement.

3. Intellectual property

The FTR ST8 name, logo, branding, and all content on this website — including text, graphics, design, and imagery — belong to FTR ST8 or are used with permission. You may browse the website and share links to it, but you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit our content or branding without our prior written consent. Trademarks and materials belonging to the ventures we feature remain the property of their respective owners.

We keep this simple. When using the website, you agree not to:

The website links to external websites, including the websites of ventures we have built and a third-party booking tool (Fantastical) for scheduling calls with us. Those websites and tools are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we provide the website “as is” and make no warranties — express or implied — about its completeness, accuracy, or availability.
